What to Look For
Choose leaves which are a vibrant green and look healthy. Any that are yellow, brown, wilted or slimy should be avoided, since they are old. They will benefit from being displayed in a chilled section of the supermarket.
Storage Tips
The leaves should be rinsed in cold water and dried gently with paper towel. Store the arugula in an airtight plastic bag in the refrigerator, for up to two days.
